Please note that due to COVID-19 service limitations, public meetings associated with Planning Act applications (consent, minor variance, zoning by-law amendment, subdivision/condominium, etc.) are postponed until further notice. COVID-19 restrictions also mean that planning authorities, including the Committee of Adjustment, are unable to issue final decisions on planning applications that were previously submitted and circulated but where no decision was made. Staff are continuing to review applications and circulate to commenting agencies where applicable, however public notification and required meetings will not occur until provincial restrictions are lifted.
