Community Halls

If you wish to rent one of our Community Halls for your event, please complete and print a Hall Rental Agreement and submit to the Township Office or Complete a Hall Rental Agreement in person at the Township Office.

NOTE: Please be sure to read the Rules and Regulations before signing the rental agreement.

Payment may be made by cash, cheque or debit within the Office and will be required prior to the event date.  If payment is not made before the event date, the hall will not be open.

Residents

$10/hour up to 3 hours

over 3 hours with kitchen $75.00 + HST

over 3 hours without kitchen $45.00 + HST

Non-residents

$10/hour up to 3 hours

over 3 hours with kitchen $100.00 + HST

over 3 hours without kitchen $85.00 + HST

Service Clubs

$30.00 + HST flat rate

Compassionate rate

$15.00 + HST flat rate

Note: If you are renting both floors of the Olden Hall for one event you will have to pay $75.00 if you are a resident and $100.00 if you are a non-resident.

The use of all other facilities, such as the pavilions and band shell are free of charge and used on a first-come-first-serve basis. You may book our ball fields for tournaments and practices by contacting the Facilities Coordinator.

Liquor Requirements

  • If you are serving liquor at your event, you must acquire additional insurance which you may acquire through your own insurance provider. Proof of insurance must be provided to the Township Office; Or you may purchase insurance through the Township Office.
  • You must provide the Township Office a copy of the liquor license and Smart Serve certification for anyone handling alcohol.
  • A $100.00 damage deposit must be submitted to the Township office in the form of a separate cheque or cash, which will be held and returned to you upon the inspection of the hall after the event.
