Oso Recreation Committee

The Oso Recreation Committee is a non-profit committee which organizes events throughout the year to provide recreational activities in Central Frontenac through fundraising initiatives.
Our committee meets September through June on the first Wednesday of the month. Meetings are normally held at the Soldiers Memorial Hall on Garrett Street in Sharbot Lake. We meet on a "need be" basis in the summer.
Our annual events are "Canada Day" and "Family Fun Day".

The Kennebec Recreation Committee is a non-profit committee of council, which promotes, supports and encourages healthy and active living in Central Frontenac. We provide social interaction and community involvement, through recreation programs and activities so that all members of the community may participate in educational, leisure, sport and physical activities, regardless of their age and ability.
