Notice of Complete Application and Public Meeting - Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-02-21 (Thompson)

Take Notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Central Frontenac received an application under Section 34 of the Planning Act to re-zone the subject lands from ‘Environmental Protection Zone (EP)’ to ‘Rural Zone (R)’ in the Zoning By-law for the Township of Central Frontenac. The application has been deemed complete. The Council of the Township of Central Frontenac will hold a public meeting in order to consider the amendment.

Public Meeting: The Council of the Township of Central Frontenac will hold a public meeting in order to consider the amendment. The public meeting will be held pursuant to the requirement of Section 34(12) of the Planning Act, RSO 1990, as amended. The public meeting will be held on the 25th day of May, 2021 at 4:00 pm using electronic participation. The agenda for the meeting will be posted by May 21st on the Township website with the link to register.
