Entrance Permit Application

Anyone wishing to apply to create an entrance onto a township road should use this form. A partially refundable fee applies, details are included in the form. For more information contact Public Works at 613-279-2935.

Hall Rental Application

Anyone wishing to rent a Township Hall or facility should fill out this form. A fee is required, details are included on the form. For more information contact the Township Office Front Desk at 613-279-2935 ext 0.

Preauthorized Tax Payment Form

Using this form you can apply to have your tax payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account. For more information contact Michael McGovern at 613-279-2935 ext 221.

Change of Address Form

If you have moved, complete this form so that the tax bill can be delivered to the correct address.

Property Tax Rebate Form
