NOTES The Township provides centralized corporate support for services such as payroll, accounting and information technology for all departments and boards. A centralized support model may result in higher measurement than a decentralized model where more costs are allocated directly to service areas. Primary costs are attributed to council, human resources, finance, legal, information technology, facilities, communication and audit.

NOTES A one time cost for the Reconstruction of Stones Bridge of $548,333 has been deducted from the overall operations. Increased operating costs for paved (hardtop) roads included Reconstruction costs $319,000 which is part of a 7 year preservation plan and a Spray Patching of a section of Downloaded Road 38 at a cost of $68.000. When this is factored out the operating costs per kilometre become $729.56.
