Open air burning is permitted April 1 to October 31 with a burn permit, from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with no daytime burning allowed.
From November 1 to March 31, burn by-law restrictions apply but a
permit is not required. Incinerators require one (1) permit for the
season, all other open air burning (as allowed by the burn by-law) requires a permit
which is usable over three (3) consecutive days. All regulations are
on the burn permit. Even once your permit purchased you much check
burning status daily, changes in burning status do apply to issued
permits.
