Council met in regular session, Tuesday November 27, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in Sharbot Lake.
Present: Mayor, Janet Gutowski
Deputy Mayor, Bill Snyder
Councillors: Normand Guntensperger, Bob Harvey, Jeff Matson, John Purdon, Frances Smith, Gary Smith, Councillor Phillip Smith
Also in attendance: Staff members John DuChene, Judy Gray, Cathy MacMunn, Doug Bowes and Bryon Dawn.
Also in attendance: Craig Bakay – Gazette Reporter and Jeff Green – Frontenac News Reporter
The Mayor introduced the meeting as a Public Meeting under the Planning Act for the purpose of reviewing the following re-zonings:
- Wilkes-Kennebec Lake
- Mag – Bull Lake
- Siteman – Sharbot Lake
A presentation for each rezoning proposal was made by the municipal planner Glenn Tunnock. The Mayor asked the public in attendance if there were any persons present to speak in favour of or against the proposed rezoning. There were no oral or written submissions received at the meeting in relation to any of the subject applications.
There were also no comments or questions by members of Council.
The “public meeting” was closed and the regular Council meeting agenda was then introduced.

Councillor Matson declared conflict with the Public Works item # 8b) Winter Ploughing Contract Amendment and item 8c) Accounts Payable.
Councillor Harvey declared conflict with discussions to be held in item #11 - Closed Session
The Minutes of the last meeting were then introduced.

(Cranberry Lake Rd. to Bull Lake Rd, Hinchy Rd., Clark Rd from junction of Brock to current route, and Woodcock Rd.
