Council met in regular session, Tuesday March 27, 2007 at 9:52 a.m. (following the Committee of Adjustment meeting) at the Oso Hall, Sharbot Lake.

Councillor Jeff Matson then declared a potential conflict of pecuniary interest regarding Accounts Payable.
The minutes of March 12th and March 19th (Budget Session) were then introduced for errors or omissions.

That the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Central Frontenac hereby approves the proposed rezoning amendment for Lots 6,7,8 & 9, Concessions 1 and 2, Olden District (application by P. Scott) to permit a Camp-Recreational use and that a by-law amendment be prepared.

That the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Central Frontenac hereby directs Tunnock Consulting Ltd. to meet with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing to discuss possible revisions to the Ministry’s “draft modifications” as submitted to the municipality dated February 13, 2007 and further that a draft implementing zoning by-law be prepared and discussed with the Ministry to ensure that the proposed OP Amendment and Zoning By-law amendment adequately addresses required issues and concerns.

#112 Bob Harvey, Normand Guntensperger That the Corporation of the Township of Central Frontenac award the supply and crushing of aggregates for 2007 to Gemmill Sand and Gravel Ltd for the total bid (excluding applicable taxes) of $182,500 to provide 30,000 metric tones of Granular “A” (to be crushed at the municipal pit - Arden Pit), 10, 000 metric tones of Granular “B” (to be crushed at the municipal pit - Arden Pit) and 25,000 metric tones of Granular “A” (to be crushed at other pits located within the boundaries of Central Frontenac
