Council Budget Session Minutes – March 26, 2007

(These minutes will require approval/adoption at the next regular session of Council)

Council met in special session, Monday, March 26 2007 at 5:00 p.m. at the Oso Hall , Sharbot Lake.

Present:                        Mayor, Janet Gutowski

                                    Deputy Mayor, Bill Snyder

            Councillors, Norman Guntensperger, Bob Harvey, Jeff Matson,             John Purdon, Frances Smith, Gary Smith, Phillip Smith

Also in attendance:             John DuChene, Acting Clerk-Administrator, Judy Gray Treasurer and Michael McGovern. Also present: Craig Bakay – Gazette Reporter and Jeff Green – Frontenac News Reporter

The Agenda was introduced. The purpose of the meeting was to review the Public Works component of the preliminary 2007 municipal budget.

            that the 2007 Road Construction Project List dated March 23 be revised as         discussed with a total of $561,500 being allocated for the projects                              identified and that this amount be retained as the draft budget is being                      considered.

            That this meeting be adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
