Council minutes – October 10, 2006
Council met in regular session Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Hall, Mountain Grove.
Present: Mayor, Bill MacDonald
Deputy Mayor, Frances Smith
Councillors – Bill Guigue, Janet Gutowski, Bob Harvey, Logan Murray,
Jack Nicolson, Faye Putnam & Bill Snyder.
Also in attendance Cathy MacMunn – Deputy Clerk, Jeff Green – Frontenac News Reporter, and Craig Bakay – Gazette Reporter.
Several election candidates observed the meeting.
There were no disclosures of Pecuniary Interest when the Mayor called for same.
The following correspondence/reports were received:
(a) Invitation to North Frontenac’s new Fire Hall Grand Opening.
(b) Around the Rideau Brochure.
(c) Business Over Breakfast invitation.
(d) September 2006 construction details.

That the agenda of October 10, 2006 be adopted as amended, to add item I, Roads.

That By-law #2006-222, being a by-law to amend By-law #2002-120 by changing the zoning of certain lands shown on Schedule “A” legally described as Part of Lot 12 concession 3 from Rural (RU) Zone to Waterfront Residential Exception (RW-22) and Waterfront Residential Holding Zone(RW-h) be read a first and second time.
