COUNCIL MINTUES – JUNE 22, 2004
Council met in regular session, Tuesday June 22, 2004 at the 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, Sharbot Lake.
Present: Mayor Bill MacDonald
Deputy Mayor Faye Putnam
Councillor Bill Guigue, Janet Gutowski, Bob Harvey,
Logan Murray, Jack Nicolson, Frances Smith, and Bill Snyder
Also in attendance Heather Fox – Clerk Administrator, Bill Nicol – Public Works Manager, and Jeff Green – Frontenac News Reporter.
One member of the public attended other than those scheduled on the agenda.
There were no disclosures of pecuniary interest.
Art Dunham, Marilyn Crawford and Jeff Dean attended and demonstrated an integrate GIS application proposed by the Frontenac Environment Partnership (FEP)

Whereas the estimates for construction of the Stone’s Bridge are significantly higher than originally estimated and; Whereas there seems to be some support, from some of the environment agencies concerned, for the concept of constructing the bridge using a culvert; Be it resolved that all agencies involved in deciding environmental concerns for construction of Stones Bridge, be invited to discuss the construction techniques at an open meeting of the Municipal Council of Central Frontenac.
