COUNCIL MINUTES - JUNE 14, 2004
Council met in regular session, Monday June 14, 2004 at the Library Building,
Mountain Grove.
Present: Mayor Bill MacDonald
Deputy Mayor Faye Putman
Councillor Bill Guigue, Janet Gutowski, Bob Harvey,
Logan Murray, Jack Nicolson, Frances Smith and Bill Snyder
Also in attendance Heather Fox - Clerk Administrator, Sandra Clow - Clerical Assistant, Jeff Green - Frontenac News Reporter and John Chambers - Gazette Reporter.
Three members of the public attended.
There were no disclosures of pecuniary interest.
Mark Snider attended for the public hearing on the zone change as outlined in
By-law #2004-159 as amended. No other members of the public appeared either in
opposition of or in support of the re-zoning.

contribution towards the "Find a doctor roadshows" sponsored by the
Province, to attract a doctor for the Northbrook Medical Centre be

$30,696.47 and June 10, 2004 in the amount of $118,224.00 be approved.

amended the assessment be reduced on roll number 1039 040 010 10100
0000, Ioma Robinson in the amount of $113,000 due to the house being
destroyed by fire on February 16, 2004.

demolished on October 2, 1003.

amended the assessment for 2003 taxation be reduced on roll number 1039 080 020 05302 0000, Nora Veronica Prezewoznik in the amount of $7,640 for CTN and increased by $7,640 for RTP as there is no longer
a commercial operation at the property.
