COUNCIL MINUTES – December 22, 2004

Council met in special session on Wednesday December 22, 2004 at 8:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers.  The purpose of the meeting was to advise council of a personnel issue.

Present:            Mayor, Bill MacDonald

                        Deputy Mayor, Faye R. Putnam

Councillors Bill Guigue, Janet Gutowski, Bob Harvey, Loagan Murray, Jack Nicolson, & Bill Snyder.

Absent – Councillor Frances Smith

Also in attendance Clerk-Administrator – Heather Fox and Public Works Manager – Bill Nicol.

The Following resolutions were presented:

#453                Faye Putnam, Janet Gutowski

Pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 that Council proceed In Camera to discuss personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.

                                                                                                Carried.

#454                Jack Nicolson, Bob Harvey

                        That Council arise from the In Camera session.

                                                                                                Carried.

During the “In Camera” session direction was given to Management.

The meeting adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
