COUNCIL MINUTES
JANUARY 13, 2003
Council met in regular session, Monday, January 13, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Library Building, Mountain Grove.

No members of the public attended other than those scheduled as a delegation.
There were no disclosures of pecuniary interest.
James Yateman cancelled his delegation to Council.
Philip Rini attended to discuss an "S" turn on the St. George's Lake Road.

that set up and possession of the hall has taken place prior to cancellation, that the
user be charged accordingly.

Municipal Affairs and Housing to change the legislation so that Councillors, on an
individual basis, may opt out of the one-third tax free provisions be endorsed and the appropriate letters sent.
