COUNCIL MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 9, 2002
Council met in regular session, Monday, September 9, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at the Library Building, Mountain Grove.

That the decision of Council on October 9, 2001 to pay 60% of the costs
to finalize a land exchange in 1928 with Graydon MacCrimmon be clarified in that; The cost sharing does include the cost of the required survey, and that the forced road has to be surveyed at 66 feet, and further that while the township would like to see the transaction finalized
Mr. MacCrimmon would not be forced to proceed with this completion.
