COUNCIL MINUTES – October 25, 2001

Council met in special session, Thursday, October 25th , 2001 at 7:00 pm at the
Council Chambers, Sharbot Lake.

The purpose of the meeting was to continue an “In Camera” issue discussed at
the regular meeting on October 23rd.

Present Mayor Bill MacDonald
Deputy Mayor Jack Nicolson
Councillors Bob Harvey, Boyce Peters, Elva Price, Faye R. Putnam,
Frances Smith and Bill Snyder

Absent Marsden Kirk

Also in attendance Bill Nicol, Public Works Manager, and Cathy MacMunn,
Deputy Clerk, acting in the absence of the Clerk.

The following resolutions were presented:

#481 Frances Smith, Faye R. Putnam
That Council proceed in camera to discuss personal matters about an identifiable
individual including municipal or local board employees.
Carried

#482 W.P. Snyder, Boyce Peters
That Council arise from the In Camera session with a report.
Carried

#483 Robert Harvey, W.P. Snyder
That Gray Brothers Construction be paid for the amount of winter sand delivered
to District 1 at the rate of $5.35 per cubic yard.
Carried
