COUNCIL MINUTES – May 7, 2001

Council met in special session on Monday, May 7, 2001 at 9:00am in the
Council Chambers, Sharbot Lake. The purpose of this meeting was to continue
budget discussions.

Present Mayor Bill MacDonald
Deputy Mayor Jack Nicolson
Councillors Bob Harvey, Marsden Kirk, Boyce Peters, Elva Price,
Faye R. Putnam, Frances Smith and Bill Snyder

Also in attendance were Heather Fox – Clerk, Judy Gray – Treasurer, Bill Nicol
– Public Works Manager, Cathy MacMunn, Planning Coordinator attended to
discuss the Planning portion of the budget.

There were no declarations of pecuniary interest.

There was no formal agenda presented and no resolutions presented.

The Treasurer was requested to input the cuts to the budget and prepare new
sheets to the members. It was decided to continue deliberation on Thursday May
17th, 2001 at 6:00pm

The meeting adjourned by verbal agreement at 12:00noon.
