Regular meetings of Council will be held in the Council Chambers on the second Monday (Mountain Grove) of each month at 7:00 p.m. and the fourth Tuesday (Sharbot Lake) of each month at 9:00 a.m. Where these dates fall on a Holiday the meeting will be held of the day following which is not a Holiday.

Minutes: Records of the meetings of Council (known as "Minutes") are kept for each Council Meeting. This folder stores those minutes.
Agenda: This folder contains a council meeting agenda. It may be the agenda for the last council meeting if the new agenda has not yet been prepared.
