Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review

Take Notice that the Township is reviewing its Zoning By-law in accordance with Sections 26(9) and 34 of the Planning Act which requires municipalities to update their zoning by-law within three years of their official plan coming into effect. The Township will hold an Open House and a Public Meeting to provide members of the public with an opportunity to provide input on the proposed changes to the by-law.

The Open House will be held on Saturday, August 7th, 2010 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Oso Community Hall, 1107 Garrett Street, Sharbot Lake. The Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 14th, 2010 at 7 pm also in the Oso Community Hall. More Information.....
